There’s a good chance you can ride your bike from home to Energy Fest! See the maps here or go to houstonbikeguide.com. With this free service, you can come to Energy Fest without having to carry a lock or search for a rack. Leave your bike and helmet with us while you enjoy the event!

Festival Information & Rules

  • No Outside Food or Beverages – Only food and drinks purchased from festival vendors are allowed.
  • Dogs Must Be on a Leash and in the Owner’s Possession at All Times – No unattended pets allowed.
  • All Bags are Subject to Search – Security may inspect bags at entry points.
  • No Unauthorized Vending or Solicitation – Only approved vendors and sponsors can sell or promote at the event.
  • Unlawful Possession of Dangerous or Prohibited Weapons is Not Permitted. Persons may be subject to bag screenings by festival security upon entry.
  • No Illegal Substances, Including Alcohol – METRO prohibits the sale and consumption of alcohol on their property.
  • No Coolers, Large Backpacks, or Picnic Baskets – Small bags only.
  • No Fireworks, Laser Pointers, or Drones – These pose safety risks.
  • No Glass Containers – Only cans or plastic bottles allowed.
  • No Professional Cameras or Recording Equipment – Unless pre-approved by event organizers.
  • Be Respectful – Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Follow Staff Instructions – Festival staff and security have final say on any disputes.
  • No Moshing, Crowd Surfing, or Unsafe Activities – Safety first!
  • Children Under 12 Must be Accompanied by an Adult – Keep an eye on your little ones.
  • Lost & Found is Located at the Check-In Tent at the Festival Entrance – Report lost items promptly.
  • Leave No Trace – Use waste bins provided throughout the festival.
  • No Camping or Overnight Parking – The festival area must be cleared after closing.
  • Respect the Venue – Avoid damaging landscaping, structures, or facilities.
  • In the event of an emergency, dial 911. For non-life-threatening medical needs, visit the First Aid Tent where HFD Special Events medical personnel are available to assist you.
